About Manuka Remedial Massage

I am a Remedial Massage Therapist with a strong interest in pain origin. I work diligently in order to unpack the cause of my clients pain and tension. I treat thoroughly and on the firmer side for pressure. My focus is towards pain management and remedial treatment. I use ischemic pressure release as my preferred technique towards trigger point therapy. 

With a sporting background, I naturally have an interest in treating towards the challenges and fatigue various Sports bring. 

I'd like to think that I listen intently to clients and endeavour to treat each client based on their specific needs.  

I previously had a clinic in Ainslie from 2020-2024 before having a stint away and then returning to the table in 2025, finding this space on the South Side
